Our Lodge packages are all-inclusive experiences

Luxury-casual accommodations include:

Daily breakfast, lunch and a gourmet three-course dinner
Daily housekeeping
Unlimited use of the jacuzzi and sauna on the decks and patios
After dinner activities like star gazing, s’mores by the fire ring, and cowboy storytelling
Suite amenities include alarm clocks, hair dryers, robes, bath products, and internet and computer access
Complimentary laundry service and access to our facilities to do your laundry at your convenience

The Lodge at Jackson Fork Ranch is easy to reach with convenient air service by most major airlines to the Jackson Hole airport (JAC). Airport shuttle service is not included in package plan rates. Guests arriving by air to Jackson Hole, WY airport are encouraged to rent a vehicle to better enjoy their visit. Driving time from the airport to the Lodge is approximately 45 minutes. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange private car service from the airport for you at an additional charge.

And, because The Lodge at Jackson Fork Ranch strives to create a unique experience for each of our guests, we can customize all our packages to accommodate your own personal or group experience. A 4% sales tax will be added to the total cost of your stay. The lodge has a "no-tipping" policy in place for our staff. All packages are per room, double occupancy. Single occupancy rates are available.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy

To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Bookings received within 60 days require full prepayment. Payments may be made by check or most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Due to the intimacy of The Lodge at Jackson Fork Ranch, cancellations severely affect us. Your deposit, less $100 per room booked, will be refunded if your cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for exclusive use of the Lodge). After that, because of our size, we regret that we are unable to provide any refund for non-arrival or early departure unless we are able to rebook the space. The Lodge at Jackson Fork Ranch highly recommends that guests purchase trip insurance from a local travel agent or insurance provider. However, we will gladly welcome a guest you send in your place.
